The Ascent™ Anchor system is designed & tested for use on a reinforced concrete background and as such lends itself for use in conjunction with a single ply membrane and other traditional flat roof systems.
The anchor device is available in a range of 4 sizes; 200mm, 400mm, 600mm & 800mm allowing for a range of insulation build ups.
Ascent™ Fall Protection Posts are manufactured from Galvanised Mild Steel. The Posts are tested as a complete anchor system to reinforced concrete but are typically supplied as a separate Anchor Device & Anchor Point(s) with the specialist installer providing the permanent fixing element suitable to the background to which the anchor device is to be affixed.
When used as an anchor device as part of either a Fall protection or Abseil system consideration needs to be given to the future inspection regime under BS 7883:2019.
Ascent™ Anchor devices are designed to BS 8610:2017 requirements and manufactured in our Sheffield facility to BS EN 1090 CE manufacturing standards, ensuring the product’s quality and safety.
All our products are manufactured in accordance with BS EN ISO 3834-2:2021 and BS EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 and carry the CE / UKCA Marking.
