This means that a steel structure is safer than a wooden-framed building in the case of an electrical storm. There is no need to fear if you are inside a steel building when lightning strikes it.

It is easy to think that stainless steel acts as a magnet but is that true? The fact that this metal contains chromium and nickel means that it usually isn’t magnetic. While these additions boost its strength, they also lower the ability to act as a magnet.
